Collection: Judy Richardson
Judy Richardson has always had a creative streak, but it was only after she retired from her first career as a kindergarten teacher that she began to hone her talent as a painter.
Judy loves using her brush and pastels to capture the vitality that light lends to a form. Whether painting figures, landscape or still life subjects, she uses the brush, pastel or pencil to capture a moment or an expression and develop its essence.
My goal it so evoke something in the viewer that makes them think about a story to be told, or feel an emotional connection to the image. Whether it is an old building, with many stories to tell, or a quiet interior, I am intrigued by all of the possible stories.
